As a result, exposed brick facades are projected (material with good aging and long duration) that alternate voids and canvases; opaque, translucent and transparent areas; and ceramic pieces of different formats and colors.
Decisions such as the volume of the building, the use of solar protection with lattices or the existence of cross ventilation, have minimized the energy requirements of the building that has achieved the Leed Gold certificate. First prize in the preliminary draft competition organized by BIMSA
