The uniqueness of the building is not arbitrary but derived from a certain program and context. The strength of the proposal stems from its urban setting, the shape, and the location of the plot which has a square geometry, a significant slope, and an orientation facing west: a compact building, functioning as a viewpoint, which solves the urban connection through an empty space that contains the extensive program.
