La Mare Hotel & Luxury Residences

The scope of this project includes the complete renovation and transformation of an existing 36-floors apartment/hotel.

The refurbishment, in addition to the rooms, includes the relocation of the existing pool on the roof, the expansion and construction of a new convention space for 500 people, a new spa with an indoor pool, new restaurants, and all new treatments of exterior facades.
