The urban fit of the proposal aims to solve the volumetry defined in the previous studies drafted in 2016, and which are the guideline to organize the future sports complex of Olivar Gran, so it contains the best conditions in terms of functionality, character and eco-efficiency.

This global study is generated in a flexible way so that it can be built in several phases and none of them invalidate the others, so that the criteria for access and uses are established globally.

Thus, a functional, mobility and spatial study of the whole complex has been carried out. So that the first phase where the pavilion is built contemplates the operation of the rest, and the reverse.

It is expected that the operation of the pavilion allows the capacity and access of 350 people in stands and 4000 people on the track for specific events.

The main access will be from the consolidated street Sebastià Trullol. There will be a direct road access to the parking area and a pedestrian one, which through a newly created public square, will give access to the enclosure. This public square will be able to give access to the pavilion, to the future sports area, to the parking area and to the access for shows in an independent and flexible way.

The general idea is the same as the backbone of the complex proposed in the previous studies provided by the City Council. This axis allows to relate all the pieces of the complex, defining spaces for bleachers, accesses, terraces, etc.
