Urban reorganization of the south zone of the UIB Campus. Competition 1st PRIZE

The proposal for the Campus of the Balearic Islands includes a reflection of a general nature, an approach that leads to the systematization and incorporation into the mix of essential and general features of the rural area in which it is located.

The objective is to establish a living system, adaptable, open and flexible, to be used within all the Campus areas, and to incorporate a significant green space as a new concept of Park-Campus area. The values ??of the nearby agricultural landscape and the existing wetland are promoted, due to its many ecological, scenic and educational values.

The new buildings are part of the same strategy and have been planned to promote alternative open routes.
