The urban proposal goes beyond the boundary of the site and aims to enhance the pedestrian axis that links the railway station with the
new open space. Open a clearing in the forest and the buildings that define this garden city, it is the aim of a proposal that places new
buildings around a unique space, an agora which concentrates the public activities. A series of horizontal platforms solve the relationship
with the topography and contain the larger program (Commerce and parking). The other unique buildings they borrow the size of the Contractor Promotor surrounding villas and houses.
