Building of 20 public apartments and parking in Badalona. Competition 1st PRIZE

Based on an existing plan, the building is configured as a symmetrical block with a north-south orientation. Given the dimensions of the requested housing, an aggregation of 4 dwellings per floor in 5 levels is established.

Taking advantage of the site’s topography, the parking area is located in the semi-basement floor which at the same time gives access to the building’s lobby, allowing maximum use of the plot’s buildable area, which is entirely dedicated to living space.
